We built Klassrun after years of watching Nigerian schools run on paper and late nights. Teachers giving up whole weekends to write lesson notes by hand. Results compiled in exercise books, term after term. Proprietors chasing school fees on WhatsApp, one parent at a time.
So we built the system we wished existed: report cards ready in minutes, lesson notes aligned to the curriculum, WAEC-style exam questions, and fee tracking that actually works. Priced monthly, because that keeps it small enough to say yes to.

The school handles results, report cards, attendance, behaviour, promotions and fees. All of it sits under one account, with separate logins for owners, teachers and bursars.
One price a month, per school, in one of three plans: Starter at ₦20,000, Standard at ₦35,000 and Premium at ₦55,000. No setup fee, no charge per teacher, no contract. Each payment covers 30 days, and you can stop whenever you like. The 14-day free trial is open now with no card, so you can try the whole thing before a single naira changes hands.
The admin creates the account, sets up classes and subjects, and invites the teachers. The whole thing takes under ten minutes. Teachers can generate their first lesson note the same day. No training session. No setup fee.

Yes. The roles are separate by design. Owners and admins see the whole school. Teachers see their classes and their content tools. Bursars get a login built around fees and nothing else.
You pick a plan and keep going. Nothing gets wiped. Everything your teachers built during the trial stays right where it is, in your school's account. If you do not pick a plan straight away you can still open and read all of it, but generating new work waits until you subscribe.
